What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, such as a contact message, enrollment request, volunteer application, event RSVP, newsletter signup, store order or donation, we keep what you type. That is usually your name, email address, phone number and message.

If you have an account on our family, student, volunteer, donor or staff portal, we also keep your login details and the information connected to that account.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To answer your message, application, RSVP or order.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To run the portals and keep this website working and secure.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Donations

Online card payments are not live yet. When they are, card details will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor such as Stripe, and card numbers will not be stored on our servers.

Children

This website is meant for adults: parents, guardians, volunteers and donors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 online. Enrollment requests are made by a parent or guardian.
