What happens when you come to us
A caseworker meets with you and works out a plan with clear next steps. Then they help you carry it out, and they check in with you afterward to see how it is going.
That can mean getting your ID and other papers back, applying for benefits, or getting connected with shelters and housing partners. While the longer plan comes together, we help with meals and basic needs.
If you have children, we work with the kids and the parents together.
